Fast & Hassle free service at a reasonable price. Went for an engine mount replacement, Oil service and brake pads/discs replacement. They also fixed oil leaks. Highly satisfied with the work done. They also offer pick-up and drop-off service which is very convenient. Highly recommend them! 10/10

I recently got my car ceramic coated at this auto shop, and I must say, they did an exceptional job!

The owner, Harshit, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He patiently explained the benefits of ceramic coating and answered all my questions with enthusiasm. His knowledge and passion for cars were evident, and it made me feel confident in the services provided.

Moreover, I was impressed by the promptness of the service. The car was delivered back to me within the agreed-upon timeframe, and I appreciated the attention to detail that went into every aspect of the job.

Quick and honest service. They aren’t like other garages where the sales team just tries to push people to change parts when it isn’t required. I had gotten a quote of 900 AED from another Car garage with replacement of a bunch of items whereas these people recommended that there was no need for it and I got my service done in 210 AED. Would recommend 100%

Cheaters. All they do is try to loot.
Only focused on money making.
Will make 100 excuses for their failures

Your statement is a lie.
I have reported the same issue with you 4 times in 8 months. And after the long time you took to repair "all the faults" over and over again. The problem repeated.
You have quoted and charged me for ORIGINAL PARTS and not after market for the last 2 repairs.
After checking with the new garage. They confirm that you have CHEATED and put duplicate parts from China even after charging me for original parts.
You are just trying to sugar coat and hide your mistakes by writing a diplomatic reply. But I have invoices and picture proofs that you have CHEATED and LIED.
You knew about the problem in the first 2 attempts of repair that the parts will not be "compatible" but did not inform and just wanted the issue to repeat for extra money !.

It is frustrating to know that you are trying to prove innocent where you know that you are GUILTY !

Took my car here for an oil change and a few repair work. Their mechanics are very well trained and experienced. They got the job done in no time. Will definitely be going to them for any car related issues and I'd recommend others to do the same.

The staff is really understandings and cooperative. There are very less garages I have trusted in my life but I can I trust Focus for sure. The Owner, Mr. Ajay, is also very particular about all the cars come to the garage and how well they are fixed. I feel a sense of transparency with them. Definitely recommend them.

I was regular at focus auto since 2016 till I left Dubai in year 2020. I did all works related with my Pajero 2011 model through them. Periodical oil change, major services after every 100000 kms, any intermittent issues or trouble shoots etc. all got it done through them. They were my go to guys.
Focus auto owner Ajay was very honest and trustworthy. Will never advise or charge for unnecessary works. Always provided prompt service and timely delivery. Charges were reasonable and pocket friendly. I was very satisfied with their works and recommended them to my friends
and colleagues.
