When order was made, it states same day delivery, even though I made the order in the morning, it took 2 days.

That is not the worst thing to expect when dealing with this place, I had zero information about the order, didn't know when to expect it, so I had to literally stay at home and next to the phone as I ordered frozen food.

worst of the worst when it comes to customer service, no one answers any phone and I had no updates.

Well, never again.

The cheese sambosa is amazing ... their olive oil is so fresh and delicious (a must try????)... I tried many items they were so tasty and fresh.. great service .. fast delivery ... highly recommend ????

Many times I ordered from them and every time they are delivering in the same day , Arabic products are amazing

Very nad experience. Ordered two times and in both times products need two days to reach while it is a supermarket in Dubai!!!! But the most annoying thing is the unprofessional customer care and the worse os that they always send near old expiry items.
