I recently had my car serviced at BobbyGarage and I must say that I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service provided. The overall experience has been far from satisfactory.
Upon receiving my car, I discovered that the paintwork had already come off in certain areas in the second day (considering the car was always parked in closed parking). It is clear that proper care and attention were not given to my vehicle during the servicing process. Secondly My insurance has quoted for a replacement of my bumper and not just a cheap paint job.
Moreover, the fact that my insurance has already been quoted AED 2400 for the job, despite the poor quality of service, is simply unacceptable. I expected better workmanship and attention to detail, especially considering the amount of money I am being charged.
I urge anyone considering Bobby Garage for their car repairs to think twice. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services. The lack of professionalism, delayed service, and subpar workmanship have left me deeply dissatisfied. I hope that the management of Bobbu Garage takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving their services to ensure better customer experiences in the future.

A very well organized and professional team who knows the job. Took a bit long to get the service done due to unavailability of ordered spare parts....Apart from that they did the job perfectly.Have to mention the coordination and support of Mr.Ajay from start until the car is handed over to me.

Boby Garage is a very professional car workshop!

Last time they did a minor mistake but they did not hesitate to fix it for me!

Also I did a very serious cosmetic damage to the car with my car crash, however they fixed it and polished my car very professionally!

My car looks more new than before!

I would like to say thanks to all the professional team including Mr Shoayeb, Mr Ajay, and Mr Nitin!

They handle everything very nice, fast, and efficient!

Although I was sad last time from them but they did their best to let me restore my confidence to them and sure they did!

It was so nice to meet bunch of talented people with complete professionalism starting from the office section to technical team.
going to garage and get things done is horrible task in my 13 year experience in UAE.
BOBY AUTO GARAGE changed my mind set with their professional way.
