I went to tint my brand new car, met the team and picked 2nd most expensive tint. Was informed it would take 3 hours. After 3 hours they called and asked for another hour to complete the job. Visited the shop 5 hours after dropping it and inspected the car. On the panoramic roof noticed a huge portion at the side had an overlapping layer. The team said instead of replacing the whole piece they would only replace a half of it. I insisted to replace the whole panoramic piece. 8 hours after dropping it I return (agreed time) and still hadn’t finished the job. Waited another 45 minutes. After inspecting I find they have damaged some of the roof lining. After showing them they try to pass it off as a small thing. I insist they speak to the manager (they didn’t want to saying it was Sunday just pay and come back tomorrow). After a lot of back and forth they call the manager, who suggests that I leave my car and come back tomorrow to discuss the price. Again after much back and forth they offer a small discount but state that it will come out of their salary. I paid full price not to put them in financial distress but feel robbed. I do not recommend this place at all.

One of the best place for tinting and ceramic coating also 100% satisfied with the service provided. All the staffs were friendly and supportive.
