They followed back and called requesting me to bring the car back for a full free cleanup.

It's not done yet but the level of care is very much appreciated and a huge thanks to the recipients.

(The below review was my previous one)

The overall cleaning is fine, had the 120Aed cleaning.

The issue I had was the spot I specifically requested to be cleaned was not properly done. I've mainly informed them to clean it.

It was just simply wiped and the remaining marks are still there.

I don't want to exaggerate but when you ask them to specifically clean a spot and it's for 120 Aed, you expect it to be done properly.

Changed the tyres and bushes of my Nissan Patrol. They did a free check up on my car and identified some problem areas to fix in the future. Appreciate the honesty and transparency especially the helpful and knowledgeable foremen.

Disappointed from you guys. I brought my G63 to you guys for major service which my car was perfectly fine and I thought you guys are professional with you work but since after I got my car back from major service , the air condition makes sound when I switch on , the wheel alignment wasn’t done well which lead to spoil both of my tires front.

Took the car for major service and confirmed with the advisor and the team that all mentioned oils will be changed as per their instagram advertisement, however when i recieved the tax invoice i saw they mentioned it is topup only and when i asked from the supervisor he said that we only topup the mentioned oils and donot change completely !!! Moreover i have been charged for 8 spark plugs while my vehile is 6 cylinder ???? as a regular client i don't trust this garage anymore and don't suggest it as there are many reliable businesses around.

Workmanship is below average, they kept my car for a number of days and handed it back with a lot of problems that didn’t exist before (vibration while driving, one of the small screens on the steering wheel stopped working, knocking sound from the wheels, extremely bad touch up paint correction) specially the ceramic coating was really very bad, they missed a massive spot right in the middle of the bonnet.

When I complained, they took the car in for a few more days, fixed some of the problems, and I had to almost forcefully take the car back, as they kept telling me it would be ready the next day.

My advice is to look elsewhere if you want the job done property, there are plenty of businesses that will give much better service for half of the price these people charge.

so i did the usual service in nissan service center, they gave me list of issues but ofcourse very expensive so i brought it to dluxe garage:

they did full inspection, my main concerns (radiator and heater pipe) got fixed with much lower price compared to nissan service center. but then they added two new issues (steering box and all bushes replc). i said no dont do it as i had doubts. after picking up my car i took it straight to nissan service center to double check the steering box. they said no need its ok. also bushes no need. in addition to that we found out that dluxe garage forgot to fix back the underneath cover of my car. had i not taken it to nissan workshop i would hv never found out about the missing underneath cover.
as much as i liked their low prices i cant trust them again. our urgent need of a car makes us say yes to anything. so i need to find a more trustworthy garage
