Booked VIP option for 5 people with dinner and unlimited drinks. The view at night from the boat tour was amazing and the shows and music was really good and worth the price paid however this company totally ruined our experience because of the following:
1-Wrong VIP lounge location was sent and
when I called them to resend the right location or another landmark the receptionist wasted my time insisting that its right and she cant assist me further which let me waste not less than 30 minutes figuring out the exact way to VIP entrance.
2-No seating was booked for us when we
showed up! It was a total mess. My booking
confirmation was not on their list. The sales
team missed to inform the coordinator of the trip about our booking. Asked us to wait till they resolve the issue so we boarded the boat at the last minute.
3-Their team lost the valet ticket! I gave my
ticket to the coordinator of the boat tour company to stamp it but she misplaced my
ticket. She told me not worry and they will
resolve it with the valet company as it's their mistake however when I finished my boat tour [this is after 3 hours!] I was shocked that she and other staff who assured to solve the problem left the office by the end of shift timing without resolving the issue. Boat tour staff agreed with the valet parking company to give me a new valet ticket for another car then will exchange tickets to resolve the issue]. It turns out that they were not in agreement and valet parking insisting on me to go for lengthy procedure and submit documents for lost ticket application!! I refused to do so and insisted that its the boat tour company responsibility and had to go for a long and heated discussion to eventually get my car. Another hour wasted and btw staff who left office were called on their numbers but no one cooperated to resolve the issue or answer the calls. Only trying to convince me to consider it as lost ticket from my side.

Yacht is not a 5 star ;)
Music is mostly for one nationality ( which is bigger in Dubai )
The food is so-so, but directed to them too.
I had a feeling that I came for wedding celebration of that nationality .
I apologize in advance , but there is a low standard of the yacht and it’s not for me .
If you have some more money to add, it’s better to do so and enjoy on private yacht . Think so .
Me and my partners were not enjoyed and it’s so sorry;)

The rest was just a big mistake. First of all - checking process before the boat it’s a mess, people running from one point to another as crazy, because if you bought tickets online then you cannot go inside the boat. You need to want a proper line to get you paper ticket which will be taken away 1 minute later.
The tour has started with 1 hour delay.. ok this did not heart too much because we were sitting at the boat upper floor and enjoyed view of marine.
Selection for the dinner was kind of poor. Girls have all alcohol for free, men needs to pay 100 dirhams for all inclusive. But this is the goal to make you drunk and crazy there????
The MOST HORRIBLE thing is that after 20 min of sailing they switch music with crazy bits so loud.. that you cannot talk, you cannot even manage to sit comfortably. This is really too much. So the only thing is to get drunk and dance.
But we have escaped to the lower boat level and we’re looking at the sea.. coast views. But even there you need to talk load to be heard. So if I could escape this torture earlier I would immediately do so.. we were planning to get nice boat trip, with some relaxing music and views. But at the end we got crazy cheap disco with poor management. But if you want to get drunk with low prices and dance by pop music crazy beats - this is the place to be!;)
