Riding a boat makes you connect with nature and your inner self too
I love boats & the first boat I Visited in Dubai is The Black boats.
It gives me a mind blowing Experience with my friends, The boat can do stunning performance on the Luxury places of Dubai waters which makes us the goosebumps on. Music energetics our boat tour thrilling experience into the next level. We had a magical speed boat cruise to the Atlantis and also took wow pictures. It was an
unforgettable experience. Will book again when my friends visit next week.

Two time’s a charm. It’s my 2nd time going on this tour with Black Boats. Still a wonderful experience. My friend who is a tourist in Dubai absolutely loved the experience. Captain Kareem was very friendly and gave us a heads up that he does not drive fast, he just flies slowly. So witty! Since it was a very hot morning, water were generously provided to us. He even let us take over the music to be played onboard ( a plus). I’ve just observe that on the 1st time I did this tour, we were shown the Anantara The Palm Dubai view (by Captain Sebastien and crew Lena) which was not the case this second time around. Otherwise it was still a pleasurable time and will recommend to my tourist friends.

We had an absolutely crazy ride with Kareem in the most positive way! I can’t thank him enough for his ability to read his customers, to read the sea correctly and to make an unforgettable experience with these two factors combined together! What a thrill it was! (And thanks to Leena for her help and commentaries as well!)

This is by far my best speed boat ride i had. Being in dubai for last 12 years and after experiencing many boat rides, our ????Captain Karim was amazing and is an asset to have in a company.

Before Journey, he mentioned that “ he don’t drive fast, he drives slow “

He was right ✅

Exceptional sunset ride ????

I had an amazing 1.5hrs tour on the speed boat. Captain was friendly and stopped at every sightseeing and helped to take a photo of you.

I will definitely come again and recommend it to my friends ????

My only suggestion would be to add more instructions about arrival/check-in process (for example: proceed thru the gate directly to the Black Boat) ????

Started as ⭐️, but motivated office manager helped, so easily ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Our first attempt was a challenge, and I made sure the office knew. They actively addressed concerns, and we tried again: AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

I’ve been waiting 101 sapphire today at 11.10 in station and the driver didn’t stop, I waved at him but he ignored me.

Heya, can you sack the driver on the 101 from Davis Estate towards Maidstone who shouted at me to get a new ticket after I showed him a valid day ticket activated this morning with a timer even proving it was valid. He shouted and was rude and angry and i had to argue for a minute or so until he angrily told me to get on, causing severe anxiety as the whole bus was watching me. The 101 bus left Davis Estate at 1859 today (15 mins ago, Wednesday 3rd August 2022) and the license plate is SN15LNP.

He then shouted at me to fix the app, the arriva bus app. I'm a USER of your app, I didnt develop it and if its broke then that's his responsibility on behalf of Arriva, not my fault and I don't believe his behaviour is legal as he was trying to keep me off the bus despite my having a obviously and clealry valid ticket that I paid for.

Waited for a No4 bus for over an hour last week which l must say is very regular. It must be the most unreliable bus service arrivia run. Last Friday a little old lady waited 2 hours for the No4 bus to take home. I went to speak to the inspector to ask about the No4 bus who told me there's a shortage of drivers well if there is take them from another route.

Absolutely love this service- I'm literally typing this on a click bus home from work. A number of commuters in my area get this from our local station and it's just lovely to have a bus waiting for you all as you get off the train. Such a community feel. The drivers are wonderful and the buses are comfortable. Bravo Arriva! ????????

NO 77 is the worse bus service in Kent and Sussex it is totally unreliable, have waited hour and half for a bus with no reason
of the delay,absolute rubbish service and now only two an hour so no excuse ie drivers

Had a tour around with one of the instructors. Workshop very busy services at least 8 buses a day.

Very pleased with my first journey on arrivaclick. I was collected at convenient location at the time which was promised, the bus was clean, I had a chat with the friendly driver and I was dropped off a minute away from my destination. I felt it was practically identical service to getting a taxi but much cheaper and more environmentally friendly. I will definitely be using the service again.

Worse service ever. Pre-booking is pointless, had prebooked 4 times with 1 hour advance for all of them to be cancelled 10 mins after the scheduled time. Unreliable and left waiting heavily pregnant in a heatwave.
