One of the worst pizza ever tried. I tried to eat hot but still no use. Even the quality of the ingredients does not seems to be good.. I am surprised by others comments and the photos they share and that's the reason I went to try this. Over rated and over priced. Totally disappointed and would never recommend to anyone.
Only plus point that they use the traditional wood fire to cook. But that doesn't reflect on the quality of the pizza at the end.

I ordered online, and food was literally thrown in the garbage. It arrived 25 mins later than the requested delivery time (I ordered ahead and asked for a specific delivery time).
Everything was cold and enedible! Pizza was soggy with hard edges, fries were cold and hard as if they're one day old! Mc n cheese balls were burnt literally black and very dry and hard because of all the delay in the order!! The salad came with a tiny dressing pack that wasn't enough!
Was my first time ordering and will definitely be my last. I am very disappointed, especially since it's ramadan, and we had to wait half an hour after iftar for this food to arrive only to throw it away and order from another restaurant.

This was my first time trying 800pizza. From the moment I sat down the manager Nerfe was an amazing host she was incredibly patient and friendly. The pizza was amazing didnt expect it to be that good but it reached out of my expectations. Will definitely visit here again because of their food and more of because of the service they provided.

What a joke accepted delivery for 30-45 minutes 3 1/2 hours later no response and complete arrogance at failure to deliver and staff from call centre not even in Dubai giving excuses of bad weather - not even reality as other restaurant delivered around same time- they lied

Best pizza in Dubai by a country mile. Pizza was delicious. Not much to say about the atmosphere; it is a takeaway restaurant with four seats outside. Service was excellent; very bubbly and friendly. Another thing that sets this pizza place is that water comes in a can, it’s clean, they have paper straws and they actually make an effort to protect the environment. Would highly recommend; 5 stars.
