Wish there was a 0 star rating. 50 mins for a sim card reissue. What a waste of time and energy. The counter wasn’t even crowded. Their average handling time per customer is approx 25 mins. I was 2nd in the queue and it took that much of time for the agents to complete simple requests like new sims and reissues. Lord save DU.

She is worst customer service agent I ever encountered. She doesn’t care with walk-in client. To think that shop is not busy and she even don’t better to ask and assist us in a proper way. I would not bother to go back here and waste my time and effort. ????????

They deserve less than 0 rating. I visited three times to reactivate my sim card. every time I spent more than 45mins to meet an agent and their behavior is very very very badddddddddd.

One of the worst experience with any service provider, advice dont think for a second to choose du go for eitsalat , my line is cut of for 5 days even though i was never late to pay a single bill their reason behind the delay is that it is still processing the request of changing the bundle.

I was at the branch 3 times and “luckily” each time was with the same lady who acted like I should apologize for taking her time. Not a customer oriented staff.
