Danielle diligently listened to all my requirements and sourced my perfect rental in Dubai hills within a super tight time. Right from the initial conversation, she came across extremely professional and empathetic to my needs with a young family of a 2 and 3 year old. She provided a range of great options and was so much more helpful and understanding then any other agent I had interacted with before crossing paths with her.

I used Shannon and Alexandra for a sale of my property from overseas! I have nothing but positives for both. From Alexandra’s initial advice and guidance and continuous and honest update to Shannon who did everything with the government and local authorities. I would highly recommend Ascot. We sold our house through Alex and with Shannon conducting conveyance. We sold for a good price in 24 hours and the whole process was done in around 4 weeks. Throughout the process these ladies were exceptional. Friendly, efficient and professional. All communication answered in minutes. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had in Dubai.

We had a great experience with Luqman and Shannon at A&Co. Luqman was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the state of the market. He helped us as first time home buyers in Dubai and assisted us while we were abroad. He also has a great YouTube channel that helped us understand the market options and pricing better. Highly recommended. Shannon connected us with a great forex partner that helped with the AED purchase and also explained the Power of Attorney document we needed. She was responsive, patient and great to work with!
