Nice tower. Parking is an issue, but it is nice to work and gym in the same building.

Landmark tower of motor city and doesn't have a proper smoking area. Please be considerate with people who are smoking especially this summer season. At least put a shade.

Typical office building full of various offices and companies operating from there. I believe they have a Gymnation and a Fitness First there as well. Parking is a nightmare, you won't find any in the open parking lot. You will however find a hidden entrance to the basement parking through the open parking lot. I hope this helps save you time from circling around like we did when we went there.

On a foggy morning went for a visit and some Urban Exploring at the Motor City Control Tower office building. It definitely has plenty of parking underground as well as in the surrounding areas.

Real pity that the whole adjacent development has not been completed as it could have been an awesome place to watch the races on the autodrome.

Parking is a mess but it is a huge building.
