Hi , am living in this area(oud al muteena police colony) , i would like to give (zero) rating of this supermarket because of the lack staff service skill specially those who picks the call (ejaz-supervisor and others who gets the calls) delaying orders and not to deliver the goods on time or sometimes he never deliver the goods as well , bad service , bad feedback and bad to deal with them(staffs) , need to change the whole team , i ordered (mazoon corn chips) today at 10.38pm till now the time is 12.21pm i was calling every half hoir three times and they still delaying therefore am not receive yet , and happens many times before with other orders , am going to stop buying goods because of bad service
