Great taxi service that took us to silverstone on a Sunday morning at 5am. Fixed price of £49 which was cheaper than any of the other taxis going to silverstone. You can also track the driver which is great. We used them on return in the evening and had an excellent driver (Adnan) would highly recommend this service. Cars are very clean.

Booked a cab to Birmingham Airport. The service was excellent from the controller through to the driver. No complaints with them at all.

Have booked taxi and an operator told it will be 15 minute's to wait. Driver arrived after 2 minutes, and left with no waiting after I couldn't take this call unfortunately. Call back to company and got told its my fault. Please just more respect to customers!!!!! Never again

Used this company 3 times in one day during a visit to Banbury.
App was excellent and when I made a mistake for a pick up point they were brilliant in dealing with my mistake.
Will definitely use them again on my next visit

Booked a car 24 hours in advance, didn’t turn up, no communication saying the driver was late and missed my appointment. Don’t rely on them to turn up if you have something important to get to.

request for a refund and left me waiting for a week without replying, call the company and the reason they give me is the managers are not around therefore he has no access to deal with this matter. he even said he has other call waiting and told me to write and email to contact. terrible company and terrible service

Rude drivers and very poor service :
Their drivers are usually very rude and threatening to customers. They are very inconsiderate to customer and their situation and would force to pay by cash every time. Many a times, have been forced to give cash though their card readers are working. I strongly believe that they are doing this intentionally for their own tax saving purposes. Every time, the condition of car is filthy, stained and dirty seats. Such service should be reported to HMRC and taken immediate legal action.

I booked a car to pick me up from Warwick midnight Saturday. Half an hour before the cab was due I saw I had messages to call the office and a payment link. I tried to call the office but only had the number of the message service and had no internet connection to look up the office number. They then sent another message with the number to call for me to be told the cab wouldn’t be sent until payment had been received (by now this is midnight and the party I attended had finished). The guy I spoke to told me in so many words that I should have been checking my phone, but I explained I was at a party, hadn’t been told I needed to prepay and I didn’t have internet connection so wasn’t sure I could do it anyway. I don’t mind the fact that prepayment was needed and would happily have paid first had I’d known, although with no internet connection I was stuck. It was completely turned around on me that it was my fault no cab would be sent. Luckily I was with friends who did have internet and called an Uber, but had I not been I would have been stranded.
