We have rented business office and are very happy with staff, place and ambience. We were able to complete all government services with in office itself. Office, Meeting room are spacious and location is excellent. Mall of Emirates, excellent metro and bus connectivity, restaurants, shopping, everything is walkable. Highly recommend Smartplace business center for people looking for a great business office and location.

Look out scam... agent called abbas .. We Agreed to make ejari certificate and after i came they changed pricing although we confirmed everything on what's app.. total waste of time.

Iridium Building is well constructed, ideally located near Mall of Emirates and Umm Al Sequim. Transport and facilities around are easily accessible. Walkout score is 90. Smartplace office ambience is very good, facilities and services are A1. Rented one place since last 2 months and very happy with services, location and facilities. They are affordable and you get all facilities under one roof.

Smartplace business center is great place to work at that has amazing ambiance and view. Even has areas perfect for stress relief when you are too overloaded with work and hospitable employees that are always ready to accommodate you when in need at work.

Cracks Hill is a lovely peaceful place with views over the surrounding area. The canal meanders around the bottom. There are also 2 woods planted at the bottom now that will be amazing as they mature. Nothing fancy about this, just a lovely vantage point that is walked from Crick village as a good round walk along the canal, up the hill and back through fields.

Looking across to Rugby is a lovely view of the towns churches and of course the cement works. Seeing all the warehousing and turbines around was cool, especially the 'windmills,'

Cool little hill, stopped along the canal for the night. Walked the dogs up the very steep side. Lovely views

Nice little place to go for a walk or picnic. I took my 4 year old lad with my partner and we all had a great time. Parked on the main road and then down the canal to cross over the bridge to the hill, suitable for kids and adults so it's nice for a family. Also they have a little nature part to walk through.

Great views out over Crick, the woods and the local area. Situated off the canal towpath or the public footpath. Only one picnic bench which has some damage at the moment.

Great place to take a look over the Northamptonshire countryside, close to Crick, the Grand Union Canal, with views towards Leicestershire too.
There's a nature reserve/wildlife park at the bottom of the hill, so let the kids loose to enjoy the fresh air here.

Brilliant for our grandchildren to climb. Someone has built a tree swing, brilliant. Great views of Northamptonshire and Grand Union Leicester Section Canal.
