I’m renewing my contract and I’m not even kidding that the main reason is the gentlemen at the reception Abbas and Kamran. They are awesome, super helpful, professional and friendly.

The building is clean and apartments are good but so NOISY with two construction sites surrounding the building. The windows are not properly sealed which allow a lot of dust to come in.

First, the air conditioning unit in the apartment is not functioning properly. Despite setting the temperature to the lowest level, there is no significant cooling effect, and there seems to be a lack of airflow throughout the apartment. In summer you will struggle to sleep. not mentioning high Techem bills.
Also, I have been experiencing significant disturbance due to ongoing construction activities nearby. The windows in my premises are not adequately sealed, which allows external noise to penetrate into my living space.
And I must express my disappointment with the maintenance team's performance. Despite reporting these issues on multiple occasions, their response and solutions have been unsatisfactory. Their lack of expertise and efficiency in addressing these concerns only adds to my frustration.

Good location, friendly team. On-site management including Dharmendra, Saiful and all members of the maintenance team are consistently responsive and helpful with any maintenance needed. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Kamran and Abbas form a security teams which is friendly, reliable and active in addressing any concerns which might arise.

The noise is unbearable in the building, the AC isn’t working at all and the electricity bill is extremely high for no reason, it’s expensive for the worst service no matter how many time you complain.. filing a lawsuit soon to breach contract .. the building is not recommended at all

Great maintenance team especially Saiful and Dharmandra are very helpful. They respond every request immediately. A/C and facilities are great. Also, Kamhran from security team is very helpful, he will help you with everything when you re moving in.

Ive been living at Aayah Res. for a year now, and i can assure you that when i compare it with the buildings i lived at during my prior 10 years in the country, it stands out - specifically when it comes to the amazing service its Security team offers to the residents.
Kamran and Abbas are two amazing security guys that will help you with anything you need, anytime you need it! and with a constant polite smile on their face!
These two gentlemen's service level is one of the reasons i renewed my annual contract at this building.

Saiful and Dharmandra from maintenance team are great ! Since day one they have been very attentive, also Khamran from security is very helpful. Thank you to all it has been an easy movement.

I moved recently to Aayah Residence.
The Building is really so nice, it’s new one, amazing pool area and gym,
so polite and attentive security and maintenance team. I had some issues with my Apt, and Saifull was so helpful, really appreciate such high quality service.
