It's a nice building with variety of apartments, some small and some are spacious. Layout is nice but there are few things which need more attention such as exhaust system and washrooms. Also whole of the surroundings lack good Asian food. Other than that it's a nice place to live in.

Building which deserve good four star rating.
I like a spacious layout of apartments.
It is still new and clean inside out.
Nice bright halls.
But bad smell in the lobby.
I guess it is the only thing I didn't like there.
Security and management, location, I like it all.
Chiller free.

I'm tired of this place. From the morning the noise of constractions killing me every day. In the apartment everything is breaking down all the time. The prices of flats are very high and the swimming pool and gym is a failure. Can't wait when I'll move in from here. I don't reconend.

I have stayed 2 years, watch guards are polite, clean building and spacious Accommodation.

Amazingly big space, clean pool, awesome building manager. I love living here.

The space is big but building is very new , so much to do yet.
The year finished and I like it here, but still a lot to do.
