This team is fraud. They will give too much promises and at last they will make us regret. Very very very bad service. Non recommendable.

They promised me that they can deliver the ship express cargo within 20-25 days. I repeatedly asked them thrice. They gave me promise that it will get in to my home within 20-25 days. And the cargo contains many urgent products which I have to give in my home immediately. Now it's more than 80 days, till they are telling that the cargo is under process in customs clearance. Now they are changing all of their promises. Cheating teams. They will give promises to convert the clients. Once they get the cash, they are changing their words day by day. Very bad service. Really unsatisfied. it's my own experience.

When people want to send the cargo there home country. They do buy the things with lot of emotions, hardwork and with there savings. I have send the parcel on 2 July They promised to deliver within 14 days max and until now there is no update. But when it's come to customer service they always have same and common reply that it is under customs clearance. But they will never tell u the truth that they got some fines on there license and there company is blocked ???? . Still they keep taking the money and stuff from the customers and keep it in there warehouse.. please atleast tell us clearly so we should know the reality. Now if you notice everyone is giving 5 star review in recent time to them so there ratings won't effect. Its all fake ones with singe review..

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received from your company in January 2021. I booked your air cargo service for shipping my belongings to India, paid the required charges, and unfortunately, encountered several issues throughout the process.
Upon receiving my shipment, I discovered that a significant portion of my valuable items had been severely damaged. I cannot express how disheartening it was to see the items that held financial value to me in such a state. This damage not only represents a financial loss but also an emotional one that cannot be easily repaired. In my desperation to address this issue, I attempted to reach out to your customer service representative. Unfortunately, their response was far from satisfactory. I received minimal assistance, and my concerns were not adequately addressed. This lack of proper communication and support added to my frustration, leaving me feeling unheard and disregarded as a customer.
It is disheartening to note that, after two years, I recently received a promotional message from your company via WhatsApp. This served as a reminder of the poor experience I had with your services and the lack of accountability displayed by your team. Such actions only reinforce the negative impression I hold of your company and the perception that the offers you advertise may not be genuine.

The worst experience I have faced with this cargo. I travelled from dubai to India on 5 th July. Exactly 10 days before that I have sent a cargo through abc and told me that we will receive on 8 th July. They charged me more saying that it is sea express. On 10 th iam flying back and I have not received my cargo. They did not have a courtesy to call is or sent us a mail whereas I contacted them many times. Everytime they are saying that I will receive it next time. At the same time my friend had sent a cargo from 123 and he received ot exactly by 40 days. These people promised me within 30 days and I sent through them by paying more. Hopeless irresponsible company. Never trust them

My worst ever experience with this company. Done hundreds of follow ups yet they make you wait for your belongings saying it is stuck in customs. You pay for an earlier delivery yet you get it nearly after 39 days or more. The most disappointing service ever. Yet they do not even refund you or compensate you in anyway for their delays. Having worked in the service industry for over the years this Company is completely bu**s**t when it comes to service.

Had delivered my personal belongings to Germany and was met with complete disaster. I shipped 4 boxes with UPS through ABC and 2 items through DHL via ABC. DHL managed to ship my belongings in one piece but UPS did not.

This is because the packing was do no e incorrectly. When I approached ABC for the Claim, they say it is rejected from UPS and they will also not provide any compensation. This is even though the Agreement says 20AED per KG.

If you value your belongings then do not use ABC or UPS. Or get competent Packers through a different company. I am disgusted at the level of service I have received from this company.

Say No to ABC cargo

They will never deliver on time
High price
No quality service
No support or help
Saad moidu from escalation dept seems some Bot or ai service they using for sending same reply for our mails, no supportive service
Never ever chose ABC cargo
When we ask for proper reply, they ask to learn their company policy and t&c
I hope govt take some action against this company
Have never This much cheating service in uae

The promised 25-day delivery to India by sea has exceeded 2 months, and there are still no updates. When inquired about the delay, they explained that it is still in customs clearance. Upon checking the tracking information, it appears that the package was kept in ABc cargo warehouse for over a month prior to shipping . Pathetic customer service and no accountability at all .

Lovely day spent here during Easter half term. Both my teen and toddler were kept happy and entertained. My teen particularly enjoyed feeding the goats whereas my toddler particularly enjoyed petting the chicks and going on the rides. I would say the rides are quite dated and would be great if there were more of them but we all had a fantastic day. It's been so many years since I've been but will come more often now.

Visited both the junior farm and the fun park. A mini zoo where you can see goats, sheep, alpacas (we saw two), pigs, bunnies, tortoise, ponies and cows. There is a sheep maternity unit as well. Entrance fees £9.90 per person (adult and kids alike) under 1 y/o free of charge. Plenty of washing sink and hand soap facilities throughout the junior farm. You will have the opportunity to comb the ponies which is quite a fun experience for the kids. The fun park has exceeded my expectations, there are crazy golf, trains, jumping frogs, air bouncer, water balloon etc, for all ages of kids and adults alike. Spent 4 hours there, but expect a long queue during lunch hours in the cafe at weekends. Plenty of parking space and free of charge. Only that it is all pebble paths so will be slightly difficult for baby push chairs but not too bad.

We recently visited for a Glamping weekend in one of the new Bell tents. What an amazing experience. The children (3/5/9) all had a wonderful time. Highly recommended for any family wanting to try out camping without having to buy a load of kit upfront.
Exclusive use of the fun park and junior farm outside of normal hours is a welcome addition.
A whole range of activities were scheduled too from getting the animals ready for bed to feeding them breakfast in the morning to a circus skills workshop and evening performance.

The new maize maze, foam party and sunflower meadow are really nice new additions for this summer as well.

We're already looking to go back again for campin next year!

I really enjoyed all the individual little shops and purchased some cards from the art gallery and some tiny pieces of pottery. The ladies who served me were very friendly and made the visit even better.

Great fun with the kids, plenty of things for all to do. Got to feed the goats, alpacas and sheep. And pet the small animals and groom the ponies

Wroxham barn is a lovely farm. We visited the place before Easter and we saw newborn sheep too. ☺️ I recommend it for everyone.

So much to do all in one place! Started off with the farm and loved the pony grooming and rabbit petting sessions! The indoor soft play area was alright. The outdoor rides were really nice with a cute little train too! The 18 hole golf was a bonus! Can't wait to visit again soon!

Lovely for younger kids with some good activities and interesting animals for them to feed or pet. Some nice small shops to get some cute items not from a chain store
