Sunday is surprisingly busy for this restaurant, great music , friendly staff , big space with very pretty decor. The food was very good, shame I had to wait an hour and a half for food - so I gave it 3 star for snail service and 4 star for the food . I had the seafood with sweet potato fries, while my friend had the beef ( it comes with chicken but she has a poultry allergy so opted out) . This South African restaurant is worth a visit, portion size was good. Please improve on the service.

Ordered from Noon and restaurant sent incorrect order. Giving excuses of location and unable to replace . Spoke to the owner who had very bad attitude and became aggressive. He mentioned all restaurants actually fool customers when they say 50% off they reduce the meals size . Picture of AED 38 Executive Thali.

I order chili chicken charcoal it was like coconut chutney worst taste and hummus was so bad dnt look it taste like hummus the chicken was nt able to eat I feel
Vomit and delivery took 1 and 1/2 hour and food was worst

Everything here is so Delicious & Very Reasonable ???? and the service is So good. (Also Pakka Telangana????????)

Update (25th Feb 2022) : Now it is owned by someone else (Not sure from which place) but not from Telangana Anymore. Obviously changes in food & may be Chefs too! So we stopped visiting there as of now.

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant . The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Both North and south Indian food were amazing. Absolutely the best meal we had while in Meena bazaar Dubai . Highly recommend!

Had enjoyed having food at City Grill... Also the hospitality provided with friendly gratitude... Wish them all the best and suggest to try them... Assure you for the authentic North Indian taste... Try their parata... My all time favourite...

It’s really shocking and upset to see and experience this kind of service at your restaurant. I don’t know who is the owner, but would like to inform that the Girl on the counter might be a counter staff or a manager I don’t really know but she needs to learn and trained on how to treat a guest. I myself is from Hospitality Industry and I’m working in this same field from last 11 years. We have been thought that the Guest’s are God and the guest is always right. I’m really upset with the kind of service, because that girl do not know how to talk with her guests, so rudely does someone speaks. I was so angry seeing this kind of wrong attitude and felt that she disobeyed the hospitality field in a very bad and worst way…….This was the last visit at your restaurant. I had been there at City Grill, because my Aunt told me that they serve good food. But got to know that you even serve Bad Service……
PLEASE TEACH/TRAIN THAT GIRL ON HOW TO SPEAK AND RESPECT A GUEST WHEN HE IS AT YOUR RESTAURANT.

Had a very bad experience…..it’s better I walk a bit ahead and have my food at DELICIOSO RESTAURANT where at least their service is much better…. I have rated 1 star even this is more then what that girl deserves…..pathetic…..
