Had send my cargo on 30 June via express sea cargo by paying in full. Today is August 4, 2023 and still did not receive my shipment. It has reached Delhi past 4 weeks and has still not cleared customs. The team is so incompetent, they initially informed me that my cargo is in Mumbai but after few days got to know it is in Delhi.

Very bad service and no courtesy has been given by the ABC team.

Professional approach from the customer care and packing team if Al Barsha branch. Thank you Mr Sujith and packing team. They packed all my fragile items very carefully and happy with the first half of the cargo journey. Hope will receive in good condition at destination as well.

I sent my shipment july 5 for aircargo going to my country philippines. They gave me a tracking number so i can track my shipment but its not accurate and not working. I already message them in whatsapp but theres no guarantee that my shipment is safe or when it will be deliver. Or where my cargo is. I hope you give me some update or action about this. Because its been 15days already i thought its only 7 to 10days shipment. I payed for 630aed its a bit expensive but its okie for me because i thought you will gave me good and fast transaction. The service was excellent! The parcel was delivered much before the estimated time & all the items were in perfect condition. Pricing was also quite affordable.

Bad services provided by Abc cargo & Courier.They gave delivery time.Still I am waiting for my delivery. No customer support and also they are not providing proper information about delivery. I suggest don't take service from them .
Very bad services provider.
