Great service!! I am very happy with my experience, booked the 90 minutes tour for 180 AED. The sights are really pretty, you get to see many nice buildings from the distance to appreciate them better and sail through the canal. I booked a shared tour, but since I was the only one, I got a private one, both the captain and the tour guide were very friendly and made my experience more enjoyable. I totally recommend it. Just mind to do this tour as early as you can because the weather can get very hot

Beautiful 1 hr tour of the Dubai Marina. Started at sunset and finished with the entire city lit up. Great experience and super friendly service! Maybe not as extravagant as all the yacht cruises everyone else was going on but really enjoyed the ride and simplicity of this one.

What an amazing way to see the Palm! Great boat, great views, totally worth it. Shout out to Riaz and Ashiraf, they were amazing tour guides, we had a blast!

Great experience and lovely staff!!
We booked for 2 persons the full tour of Marina + Palm round trip. We were lucky we were the only ones on board (Ramadan and Iftar time!!). The boat is modern, clean, spacious and rather stable on wavy waters. The captain and his assistant were very friendly and attentive. They made stops at some attractive spots for photos and helped us even taking the photos. The tour was supposed to take 2 hours, we ended up spending almost 3 hours on board. The route is fantastic covering the entire Marina, Dubai Eye then a full circle around the Palm, then back to starting point at the Marina Harbor.
It is an absolute must if you are visiting the Dubai Marina area. It is also a good value for money (240 AED/person). I recommend to take a couple of drinks to enjoy on board as they serve only water.

A fantastic boat experience. So enjoyable with beautiful views of dubai from the water. The crew was great fun and friendly by assisting us taking a lot of pictures. Excellent tour!

Absolutely fantastic experience with Abra Tours, you guys are the best - easy to book, excellent comms (responsiveness and info sharing), great fun onboard. We booked the 1 hour Marina/Ain tour at sunset for our family of five and watched the sun set and the city light up. Must do.

We booked Abra Boat Tours last minute (October 2022) and had the most fantastic experience! 7 of us (2 families) had the boat to ourselves, the Captain and crew were great, suggesting the best photo spots, putting on party tuned and providing a great service. Would definitely recommend ????

On behalf of Suzanne, her eyesight had deteriorated to the extent that she had to use a magnifying glass to read and had become unable to drive. She is the primary carer for her husband and because of her failing eyesight family life had become difficult.
She was admitted to Werndale Hospital for a cataract operation on her right eye on Thursday 18th May, 15:30, 2023. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming and professional towards her. The whole procedure lasted about 1½ hours.
She was very satisfied with the treatment. The follow up included a complete discussion on drops needed throughout the following month and what she was recommended to do. A daily detailed ‘tick in box’ form was given to fill in, ensuring that the daily drops were accurately applied. Her eyesight the following morning had already become clearer. There was a reassuring follow up phone call during the day from the hospital. She is very pleased with the outcome and life has become easier. Suzanne is very grateful as this has made life easier. Thank you.

My recent experience at Werndale Hospital was excellent. I was booked in for a Cataract Operation and from the onset, I was greeted by professional and caring Staff.

Not knowing what to expect on the day of my operation, despite having received detailed information prior to my appointment date, I was soon put at ease. Every aspect of my procedure was explained to me. Once in the Operating Theatre all of the Nursing Staff were great; skillfully trained, but still with a sense of humour which helped me to relax.

Mine was a Day Case Operation so I went home the same day armed with relevant medication and more written information regarding "After Care". Before leaving Werndale I was repeatedly assured that if I were at all concerned, I was to ring the number I had been given.

After a couple of days I was contacted by Staff at the hospital who were checking on my progress and how I was feeling.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience at Werndale and I would definitely recommend it to others.

I have had both hips replaced.The first in February 2023 and the second in May 2023. Mr Cnudde performed both operations which went without any problems. Recovery on both occasions went well and now I am able to walk, climb stairs etc., pain free. All the staff were kind and helpful. The hospital is comfortable and clean. The food is tasty with good choice. Special thanks go to Mary the physio. She gave me a programme of exercises on the first visit and stretching exercises on the second. Plenty of sensible advice as well. Thanks to everyone at the Werndale.

I gave all my positive answers because the whole experience of a total Knee Replacement, was without exception a very safe and comfortable experience with the help of all the Staff at Werndale Hospital, a Special thanks to Mr Rhodri Williams for making everything so easy to understand. a big thank you to everyone there.

From the moment you arrive you’re greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. A service that is second to none. Everything is explained and nothing is too much. Instantly made to feel at ease and treated exceptionally well. I’m unable to fault this hospital, from the initial consultation to procedure to post procedure. First class with a caring attitude.

Cannot praise all staff involved any higher, made the whole experience simple and comfortable. Thanks in particular to Mr Rob Yate, my surgeon, for his expertise (and humour). Also a big shout out to the amazing support and nursing staff. Thanks all.

This was my first, and hopefully last, visit to a private hospital and boy was I impressed. Staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. Room was clean and had everythingi needed for my stay. Food was plentiful, fresh and tasted lovely. Communication has been outstanding from the first phone call to book an appointment all the way through to the operation. Just over a month from consultation to operation!!! If only the NHS was run like this! 10 out of 10
