I have been fishing for over 3 years in Dubai and normally book a cheaper boat at 1200AED with a different company. This time I thought I would try a more premium service - yes everything was fine on the day, however this boat did not have fishfinder on it and we caught less than regular because of the captain not having fishfinder so having to guess at good fishing spots.

In summary, it was a good morning of fishing; however I will be sticking to our 1200AED boat instead which has just as qualified fisherman and has fishfinder. I don't think the extra 300AED is justified.

We had a great fishing day with Nanche.very helpful when we booked the tour and had a lots of questions. He was willing to adjust the schedule to meet our needs. The boat is very clean and comfortable, it also has an fairly easy acess (there was a grandmother with bad knees in our group). The boat ride was safe. The crew really wanted us to have a good catch, and they did their best and beyond so that everybody in our group was pleased. I recommend this tour for families with or without fishing experience. The boat was nice, there was a large open area at the front for casting and jigging but I definitely don’t recommend more than 4 active anglers onboard at a time despite the capacity of 6. The washroom is very helpful on a long trip and the crew were quite friendly. Ruben is very knowledgeable about local spots!

Ruben is an awesome captain and really kept working hard to make sure that we caught over 20kg of fish. The boat was exactly as pictured and all equipment was in decent state. The boat had a fish finder, a GPS an icebox and even a little sound system which was a nice touch.

The location in Fishing Harbor is a little tricky to find. The coast guard were a little tedious and slow with checking our documents. We had informed the captain that we were only looking for big fish. After 2 hours of trolling things were getting boring. Ruben was changing spots but we were not getting any hits. Finally we got a huge king! Unfortunately nothing else for that day, but was well worth it!

Well organized 4 hours fishing trip (trolley), 4 people can set conveniently in a very nice Gulf Craft boat. Started in the early morning with Captain Roman and Max, at Al Hamra marine club in Rak. Very knowledgeable about the fishing spots and the way of tracking seagulls. all were satisfied with our catch and will be repeat it again for sure. 6 decent barracudas, 4 good size queen fish, and 1 small king fish. Planning to try fishing with this company in Dubai and Abu Dhabi as well.

We really enjoyed our fishing trip. Everything was organised on a very good level, and we caught more fish than we could take home! The captain and the crew were very helpful, always helping us with untangling finishing lines :) highly recommended if you're looking for a leisure fishing trip.
