Google map needs to update the branch timings , wasted my time and ek every going to the bank all the way in the morning and it ended up being closed

So Again!!!! after 14 days of waiting and more than 20 calls and complain to find where is my money, they decided to refund my money without even anyone calling me and clarifying what's requested or clarifying any issue!!! and I am simply losing money! and losing what I am buying but guess what they don't care!!!! level of Customer service and operation is ZERO!!! ZERO!!! and if there's a number below ZERO they definitely deserve it!!!! SIMPLE DON'T DEAL WITH ADIB!!!

I don’t know why the Branch manager is not even worried about the customer service, i am asking the Management of ADIB that how he allows this kind of customer service for there customers. where is there check and balance, they got award for customer service, Imagine. I try to open the saving account, wasted 2 weeks and involved branch manager and end result no account was opened. each customer service in branch has it’s own requirement of documents and rule. i hope Management of ADIB consider and improve the customer service.

the dubai mall branch has the worst customer care service (syrian/jordanian staff with terrible attitude and arrogance). save your self time and self respect and go to a different branch elsewhere in the morning
