Unable to repair headphones purchased from them even for additional charge! Very very disappointed! They still have these headphones in stock, it’s better to spend your money elsewhere with companies that provide proper after sales service.

Terrible after service ever had. I had summit 2 watch been using 2 and half year. Just ended warranty. It had battery issue and it was over heated nearly burn my skin. I sent to service center and replied it can't be repaired. That's all. 5000dhs priced watch can use only 2 year. Better cosider spending your money to other

Best Customer service I have ever received at a Monthlanc Branch .

I had purchased an item from the store and had a bit of a mishap with the card payment, which they helped sort it out with no stress or problems at all. The young lady and her gentleman co worker ( I wish I had their names ) were amazing at solving everything out regardless of the time it may have taken.

Furthernore, I was looking for a second item which was for a specific Montblanc Cuff link . The cuff link was not available at this store. They offered to have it ordered from another branch to be delivered to Dubai mall.

It was a week before the Eid break.

A week later, which is basically during the eid celebration, I went back to the store to follow up on the request. Turns out that the centre which received the request did not send it to the intended store and completely ignored it.

The sales rep Remona ( I was smart enough to get the name this time) infomred me that if she send a reminder at this point, it might take a while before i receive the order, specially that its the holidays now.

Clearly i was flustered but thanked her for the help . She then did a quick phone call to check with the branch that had them to see if the exact cuff link is still available and made sure to reserve it for me to pick up.

Due to late opening hours of the other branch it would have been hard for me to pick it up that day, but non the less I thanked Remona for the help again.

Remona did not stop at that she offered to have it picked up herself for me to be able to come and collect it from dubai mall the next day.

It was a very much appreciated help and consideration that I will always remember . Her dedication, assistance and follow-up should be recognised by management and peers as a role model for others.

The whole luxury experience of buying a Mont Blanc was totally ruined due to the bad service and experience given by the manager Mr. Ali.

I had bought earlier from them and thanks to the service of Ms. Daisy Dan Dan who gave exemplary service, she helped me buy an extremely rare pen, the Mont Blanc meisterstuck le grande in OBB nib. She not only was extremely kind and warm but offered free engraving in 15 mins, with my name while I waited.

Due this excellent service, I ordered another pen from them which was kindly blocked by Ms Dandan and duly sent me a blocking slip (attached with this email).

I was travelling to USA on a business trip and as my parents were travelling to UAE at the same time, I requested them to pickup my pen.

Unfortunately Ms. Dandan was on vacation when my parents went for a pick up. My parents went to the Mont Blanc Store at Dubai Mall and asked for her, as she was on vacation, another salesperson assisted them.

They picked up the pen but MR Ali was Extremely rude to my mother and refused to first give a complimentary engarving and then told her that engraving takes 10’days then told her 1 hour and then refused. He was also not at all warm and did not give the warm service which we expect from Mont Blanc.

I then went to the Mont Blanc Store in Tysons Corner, VA, USA and got exemplary service from Mr Robert the store Manager there. The same was true from Mont Blanc Boutique in New Delhi.

We don’t want to come back to Mont Blanc Dubai Mall Again and deal with such a rude and atrocious store manager.

The worst luxury experience I could've imagined. Spent upwards of AED 3500+ on a pen on valentine's day and the store refused to exchanged an untouched packaged pen. Their reason was that I bought it from another outlet. Both outlets owned by separate groups have a tie up of exchanges if necessary to give customers a smooth experience however the politics within has caused me to never ever go to mont blanc for any luggage anymore.

I have visited Montblanc Dubai Mall branch to fix my pen Sales person approached me and checked the pen then entered inside to ask the technician about it then came back telling me that this pen needs 299 AED to be fixed.

Then after 4 days I received a whats the agent telling me you need to pay 405 AED and that was a mistake from us with evaluation.

I informed her that this is misleading estimations and info and I don't accept it. she said this is what we have and I need to come to collect the pen incase of refusal.

I didn't like the way of Montblanc representers how both showed careless to my time and treating a regular customer this unprofessional way.

I informed the lady that I will drop a bad review and mail Montblanc head office but she didn't even care.
