Dylon Heer, we received an Excellent service from him in our recent visit to SBI UK Birmingham, Soho Road branch. Dylon in word is a go-getter he tried to help my family members in resolving emergency tasks at quickest, with UK account, helped us with opening the NRO account, provided us all the information required and along with that he offered range of services available. Dylon was very professional, approachable, polite, patient, and extremely helpful. We all family members wish him good luck and if ever you need any help with NRE,NRO, lockers etc I recommend him strongly.

Wow. What an amazing experiece we were given by Dylon Heer when we visited SBI Soho road Birmingham branch recently.
Dylon was very quick to help us on our issues and got them immediately resolved and also gave us honest advise on some of the sbi products which we were never aware of.

Spoke to a gentleman by the name of Kalam on the phone about opening up a bank account, he was very understanding for my needs and was able to go back on his promise to give me a call to see if everything was okay. Amazing service thank you!

The SBI-UK Bank service is fast and excellent. Today I was served by Mr. Harpreet Singh and touched by his service. He was very courteous in the call. SB-UK is my best experience so far.

Sikha Sharma, is a star! SBI you have to be proud in having her. She was so polite, patient, professional and lovely and helped us in operating the locker and with the Yono App. I instantly felt a connect with her. I wanted to write a good review for her right there, asked for a form, but she said 'I am just doing my job mam'. So I made up my mind to come home and write!

The process was very smooth and we got the best advice. The staff was very polite and welcoming. Even our kid loved it so much there that even the kid became their customer. Megha was very professional and knowledgeable about banking and operations.
