Not even worth of 1 star. They sell used pieces of hair and face steamer.

I bought head and face streamer from them and found its cable is European type of pin and they asked me to bring back.

Then once I returned they deliver me other box which is full of scratches and steamer is not working. Now they are saying they cant help much and no time line to exchange and i have to wait.

Completely irresponsible idiots and good for nothing products. Attaching pics for everyone understanding.

worst customer service .., you give me a voucher then when i come on youre store you told me to come deira shoroom, when i come there they want me to come back other day??? you think i dont have work just to go rounding on your store??? why you give voucher if you dont allowed me to purchase that voucher??? i dont want to give star but i cannot post my message on you if i will not put star, star is not worth to give....

The best people I’ve ever dealt with. Ms. Sadaf is very polite, helpful and knowledgeable about the trade, all brands you can imagine in men’s grooming and ladies beauty are there and more. Prices are even lower than international prices.
I highly recommend Nazih and for best experience visit Salahuddin brench to meet the most helpful staff.
