case #260020.. bought a refrigerator with 5 year warranty, failed in less than 18months.. complaint registered on 10th Dec, fridge taken for service on 12th Dec.. it's 2 weeks I am left without fridge and the customer service is clueless what's happening.. standard reply we are sorry, concerned dept is looking.. Was expecting a professional service from Ace but it seems not the case

Spent a week communicating with customer service on how to place a Home Delivery order. Was told, the system only accepts Home Delivery orders for products in stock. Placed the Home Delivery order for in-stock product and paid. Few days later got informed product was not in stock. No comments. No more orders going forward.

Everything under one roof! The sales are amazing. Great value for money that's all. Went to buy car accessories. The staff was inattentive. They sold a product without the fittings without informing. We went back they were clueless. Asked to come back next week coz apparently their fittings were missing ? What a lame excuse.

I bought a top end Weber Grill from ACE. A few years later I needed to buy some spare parts for it. ACE put me in touch with Weber direct (Jebel Ali) who were totally unresponsive. Now I have a AED 16,000 grill that doesn't work. Be aware. [Update Jan 2021: Weber UAE refused to supply the required spares and instead told me to approach a third party supplier, which I did with some success. My question: why does Weber UAE even have a presence in Dubai if they or their agents are unwilling to render any assistance to their customers? Caveat Emptor. In my honest opinion, they are only interested in selling new products..after sales service is limited to an extent it doesn't actually exist].

I bought a hammock from ACE the price on the shelf was approximately 244 when the cashier scanned the items it was 344. I found that and told her that the price is 244 she sent the helper to check the price and it really was 244. This happened to my husband too. Can ACE check why this happened!!!!
