A beautiful morning spent here shopping for plants indoor and outdoor???? Jose is very knowledgeable with plants and helped me so much selecting the right ones! The cashier Nyi Nyi was super friendly and the overall experience was just amazing! Even if you don’t buy something a busy there will brighten up your day????????

Had one of the best shopping experience I’ve ever had. Maricel is super helpful and even go beyond miles in helping us by suggesting products and brands that is perfect for your house and even help us on arranging the delivery of our orders . Nyi-nyi is also very attentive and helpful during our payment .

Beware the Buyer - Have you checked the height of the pants you buy and compared it with the advertisement? Do you check the boxed items to see if all the parts are there that are mentioned? I didn't and am very disappointed.
Pleasing in-store display and staff interaction. A range of products. I have loved this store for many years and would spend hours there before I picked up something. While I still like to spend time there it has now become necessary to put on the cap of a detective and quality controller before purchasing an item. This is after ending up home and finding out that the items I bought were mis-sold. Clearly a drop on the side of the Quality Controller and Procurement Team. The same plants can be bought for a fraction of the cost from the plant shops.

Updated review: I initially complained about a frustrating experience I had at the Festival City branch but after I emailed Ace management they followed up and resolved my issue. While I was disheartened by the initial experience I am impressed at the speed of the resolution, the politeness of the management and their concern for customers. As a long time Ace customer I feel better knowing issues get resolved promptly. I have updated my review to more accurately reflect my experience. Thank you management team!

I love ACE! ❤️

I bought most of my gardening tools here and even my plant cactus! Staff is very nice, accommodating and helpful especially when you need to look for something.

Price is reasonable and sometimes cheaper compared to other stores. Plus! They usually have some sort of discount/sale

Lot of sale going on now because of DSF! ????

I was expecting it to cover automobile supplies with a good stock, but hey have limited home brands. I was not able to get lubricants of my choice including engine oil and coolants. The store is fantastic for good deals on precision tools and protection gear. I wish they could have an extensive lineup on automobile accessories and supplies.
