I have never been warmly assisted such how Mir the sales man who have been so knowledgeable on his craft. He introduces me and offered me so many options and guided me until I made my final choice. It’s been a wonderful service, if I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. I also happen to know and meet Mary who provide so much effort on my smooth purchase.

Would like to share my experience one of the finest staff I have met Mr. Karim from the start till the end he was point on helpful professional and guided me to select the best vehicle for my family. I am really happy to say that his knowledge with cars are really impressive. He covered every details and guided me well. All I want to say is if you ever visit the show room do ask for Mr. Karim trust me your visit won't go for waste and you will see the service that you will get from him. I would like to thanks AUTO MALL at dubai festival city for having such and amazing staff who help me finalise my purchase and making my purchase a happy one. I would definitely recommend this branch to one and all.

Good variety of cars . Do not take any of sales persons words for granted, ask them for written, signed specifications documents that contain the vehicle chassis number.
Friendly staff. Good and clean waiting area. If you are Dubai first time car buyer, make sure to have someone to advise and assist. Nearby parking

Great place to buy used cars, I bet you have peace of mind. We bought a Volvo S90, and service was amazing. Desiree helped with our purchase. She was very kind to listen to us, understand what we need and show us the best options. The car we like was in Abu Dhabi and she brought it here the next day. We did test drive the cars and picked the best for us. Really appreciate Desiree and highly recommend her if you are looking to buy a car.

Worst experience ever! I booked a test drive appointment for Saturday however I couldn’t make it so I went on the next day. Once I arrived, I gave my details to the receptionist and she advised me to wait until my turn comes, I kept waiting for 1 hour and half without any attention after all that time waiting, the receptionist came to me to verify my Mobile number once again! Then one of the sales executives attended me and after he checked my mobile number on the system he found out that it is saved under another name! Then if this is the case, why the receptionist didn’t verify from the beginning? Why she kept me waiting and already my number is under another name? Why no one attended me for 1 hour and half? I understand it is a busy day and half of the staff only are working on Sundays (as she informed) however, the waiting time is too long and it is unprofessional to collect information without verifying. In the middle of my waiting time, one of the sales executives came and asked me about the service I need, I informed him that I am here for selling my car and buying another, he said ok I will come back to you and he never came!
I did the test drive and went but it was really a bad experience and I would prefer to buy a new car and pay more rather than experiencing this kind of customer service! I will not sell or buy from al Futtaim auto mall.

I dont know what happened with the staff, but this became a centre of quick selling faulty cars!! If it was possible, I would give it a minus 10! Not only was the service terrible, from day 1 they gave me a faulty car with the result of spending my first week in their repair center trying to get everything fixed! They kept telling me that the car was fixed, but they never did! I even went to a different car Centre to get an neutral opinion. I got the shocking news that it was too dangerous to drive my car and how the other mechanics were not able to see it!! Never again!!!

Your standard reply to my message are summarizing all above. Sent emails, and off course zero reply!

They have a wide variety of high-quality used cars to choose from. The showroom is busy but salespeople are all very professional and helpful. Our appreciation goes to Mr Mohamed Dowidar who was very good in helping us choose our next car, he even asked our 5yr old son his car preference. ???? He will really work with you to get you the vehicle you need.
We are very pleased with the service we got, thank you.

Hi..Just to notice your attention that pictures of Interiors which are posted on AF Automall site are common for All Pathfinder models listed for sale by AF Automall. Request AF Automall either to put correct / Actual interior pics. They have posted all same Beige colour interior for all Seven Pathfinders on sale whether it is "S" model or "SV" model whether it's white exterior or it is Brown colour exterior.
