Worst bank to get an account in, the customer is asked to stay seated, but there are only 6 chairs. Employees have such attitude when questioned. Best to take your business elsewhere.
The woman at the entrance who is supposed to help customers find their way is very rude and never has time for you. The only reason I still come in is because of my banking history.

My wife visited the branch to enquire about the personal loan and we hold 2 accounts in the branch. Worst service, customer service representative have no manners how to speak with the customer. Worst branch to visit. Firstly you should teach your employees manners to speak and deal with customers

I visited the branch today 12 April 2023 for a simple service, my experience was unfortunately very an pleasant with the lady setting in counter number 8 , this lady wasn’t professional in the way of dealing with customers and was rude she definitely needs to learn and improve her communication skills, to be aligned with the nature of her job and to up skill her level to work in a bank like ADCB where we are as customers expecting a higher level of and politeness professionalism

Worst experience in banking. No one is working, employees are just talking to each other instead of serving the clients. I was the first one in the line and waited for more than an hour for my token number finally to be announced. There were 7ppl after me and they all were so angry because of the waiting time as well. Don’t recommend to anyone!

The worse experience with ADCB branch. Empty most of the employees on annual leave, lady in the main country is giving you attitude and has zero knowledge about the bank services and instead of sending you to ask some else she gives you false information. Was waiting 1 hour to open current account because only 1 employee is working there. Switching the bank immediately!
