I had a very bad experience with the service center,

- They replace the battery without fixing the problem
- Then replaced the screen and battery without fixing the problem.
- They charge me twice for the same fault.
- They informed me that the mainboard needed to be replaced and the previous repaires were wrong.
- When I informed them, I agreed to pay for replacing it, but if I got the same problem, I would complain to the consumer right

- They reported that the new main board is having probelm and can't be fixed on my device,

- Then informed that if I report to consumer rights, they will not accept my complaint because the device is not under warranty. even after charging me 2 times for false repairs and unaccurate spare parts replacements.

My advice for whoever sees my review is never to use Huawei products and be careful in dealing with the service center.

Bought Mate 50 from sharaf DG but after 2 days KEYBOARD issue started and can’t type need to restart the phone for typing. Followed up with several time but issue still not sorted out.

I bought smart device from Huawei 50th pocket and there is a problem on it, my device under warranty and I will do the best to get my right through the official entities as court

I dont normally use the taxi services but i was running late to work and this driver was very punctual with his timing from pick up and we had a nice conversation during the journey which put me in a really good mood for the rest of my day :)
