Being the only ADCB CDM in DIP, there are always very long queues, with most people being company reps coming to make many transactions each. This is horrible experience for all customers, including Excellency customers. Many people have already complained here, asking for more CDMs in DIP, but nothing has happened.

Dear ADCB Customer Service,

This location deposit machine is always not working properly. here in DIP there is only one deposit machine is available, i would like to request for changing this machine or kindly add one more deposit machine facility near DIP 1 or DIP 02.

Machine is not working properly most of the time
