Either I don't like the taste of doners in general, or it only applies to this doner, and as it is, this one didn't delight me at all!

On the other hand, the service is fast and punctual, the staff is friendly, but obviously personally I don't like the taste of this doner!

To be honest, I've tried doners a dozen times so far and in a dozen different places, and it's time to finally understand, I don't like doners !!!

Used the Zomato app to collect my food. Got an offer for the chicken gyro platter.
The chicken was dry and lacked flavor. The salad dressing was very tangy. Would have preferred option to choose the dressing flavor.
Have had food from the other branches so I know they can do much better. Meal doesn’t even come with a soft drink.

Ordered 4 items and 50% were wrong.
Rang the store to rectify and I was clearly disappointed and upset. Instead of the team providing a solution or apologizing for their errors, I received verbal abuse. The server refused to give me his name, because he likely knew it would get him in trouble. The two items were adequate, however I would not consider reordering from this branch due to the abuse received. Frankly the worst customer experience I have had in my 6 years of living in Dubai. Disturbing.

Lovely ???? ????. Excellent team ????. Great food . Been here on several occasions with family to savour kebab . My wife is so inlove with the place . We have been eating from here over the years . Staffs so welcoming and friendly . If you are thinking of a place to enjoy kebab , Doner and Gyros Dip got you covered . The staffs there are the best you could ever immagine; sociable, interactive and patient with huge smiles ????.

i have been ordering food here for more than 9 yrs. Excellent services . Always get my food correctly .definitely will recommend to anyone . Great team there . Thumbs up guys

Not tasty at all, they charge you 40 AED and give you very small portion of meat. Don’t buy from them. They are scammers
