When ever i tried to deposit to another account with my emirates id always happen like this so always i used to deposit to my own account and transfering every time the same happen worst situation facing everytime eating my time and all others who are in Q

I would like to thank the customer service relation manager who were assigned today August 03 2023. At 12pm I forgot to asked for his name. He assisted me very well after i had a terrible experience in burjuman branch in khalid bin walid street. Thank you so much for his kindness for assisting the customers.

I have a savings account already in ADCB, I had to open a current account for a very urgent matter. When I applied online, I got a call from the bank. I have sent all the documents they asked for. After that I called her constantly and followed up and she behaved irresponsibly. I told to her it very very important mater. Her name is BIBY, I think she is from silicone oasis branch she said like that. It was a very bad experience with her.
Today I went Karama branch to clear this case. I met Mr. Muhammed he helped me to resolve this, with in 10 to 15 minutes he cleared everything. Apart from this he was very polite and helpful, he understand the true meaning of customer service. Thank you so much Mr. Muhammed.

I visted two time , I mean I wasted my time 2 times. Bank server is never working . No idea what work employee is doing if the most of time server is not working. Bank employees behavior is very bad they must learn how to behave with customers.

Worst branch ever. Customer service is abysmal. In 2023 I shouldn’t have to visit a branch to submit paperwork and then be kept waiting for an hour with no service.

I visited today Karama branch ADCB Bank to collect my cheque ,second time in 3 weeks already and i was never extremely dissapointed . I asked specialist ( Filipino nationality girl) if I can collect my cheque she say aggressively that I have to sit and wait as she has 20 ppl before me, i asked again if i can collect my cheque as its my second visit and previos my visit was useless sistem was not working ,she did not informed me even that sistem not working. (Its strange 3,4 weeks bank working without sistem and they are assisting ppl).I wait 1 hour still numbers was not moving, I come to other operator to ask as Bank close at 1 PM.She say SISTEM NOT WORKING, I call manager , she was saying from beginning same as SISTEM NOT WORKING ( she did not say sorry and she tried even make me guilty , why am i did not come before ,so i have to come many times not only 2 times as she find it very small visit ) she can't give cheque, than after 10 minute she says that my cheque in another place. She did not even try to talk with me nice, to apologise for her team, as she was on same rude position. She say come tomorrow, after she say come after 7 days. This how bank ppl need to treat clients ?
Before i visit this branch i called to costomer service and clearly check that my cheque in Karama Branch and i can collect it.Very ......very..... extremly bad costomer service,unprofessional way of communicating with client for all team of Karama branch ADCB Bank.
I will change my bank account to other bank and will advice as well to all our big team to change it as well.
I am shocked from this kind of treat aspetially in Ramadan.

Daniela, the customer service representative was very helpful, friendly and made sure my on boarding process in the bank took place smoothly.????Also Sameer, who was assisting her was very quick in printing / scanning all the documents. I was going up and down to get my welcome kit due to document verification issues on UAE Pass but she sorted it out in no time and was very clear about what is to be done.

Useless.

Told I need to fill in patient registration forms before I can even book an appointment, when the several other health centres I've been a patient of were able to accept the forms being completed on arrival for the appointment. Told that the forms weren't available online, and that they couldn't be emailed. It's 2017 and this surgery expect you to turn up in person to collect forms, go away, fill them in and bring them back, THEN they'll think about booking you an appointment!

Receptionist kept repeating that forms were available from reception as though they were doing me a favour. Yeah, that's fine, it's not like I need to be at work during your opening hours or anything.

Serious improvement needed to processes and patient care here - I shudder to think what happens if you're unable to go to the surgery, as I wasn't asked if I was able to or not, only repeatedly told that I had to!
