This place is my comfort zone! It always made my day especially when Ms. Gayathri and Ms. Hayeshika is on duty. They are great and welcoming making sure they are always smiling regardless of the day and the flow of the customers in between.

Went there seeing that the shop closes at 11pm, so i decided to call up the shop around 10:30 for take out as there were no parkings nearby. The lady said that the shop was closed but I was right outside the shop in my car, she said that she has the close the shop now and leave by 11, then i think it is better to update the website saying this branch only accepts order till 10.

I love the service at the place and the tea maker is so friendly with the guests and always takes care to offer the best quality! I highly recommend this place. ❤️

Wanted to find a Bubble Tea place while visiting Dubai. Saw a girl carrying one of the drink while on the train so decided to look it up. Went there and was not disappointed. Drinks was well up to standard and cheap. Give it a go

This new indian sales person is hard to communicate with. I asked for a NO SUGAR classic drink and she won’t do! She said she can do less sugar but not the “NO SUGAR” she told me she can adjust the taste if it’s still sweet! Like WTH?? I already asked for NO SUGAR!! Ended up throwing the whole drink without tasting it.

Edit: I literally saw her make the drink which she pours 2 classes of milk tea. 1 pitcher with Sugar and the other without.

The other outlet like Burjuman and Al rigga can make the NO SUGAR but why can’t she?

The Indian lady so rude , hard to understand and communicate with her.
Shop time until 11:30 but they close at 11 .
