Terrible service and one of best branch to waste your time. Employees don't have the basic knowledge of opening a bank account and they miss guide you.
Dear Bank either you train them or change them before you loose good customers.

All staff are very very slowwwwww! Some of them having friend or customer you even don't know and just cheat chating with them taking an hour and the rest of the customers are seating and waiting, we are in Dubai and this is not acceptable! We have service we are paying for that, so it could be more faster and will be more professional.

Mr. Bahaa who’s the manager in this branch was very helpful and professional, he help me personally to deposit my check with what I was facing issues before with the machine. I highly recommend this branch he is a very kind person! Thank you once again and God bless you!

I strongly caution against dealing with ADCB Sheikh Zayed Branch. My recent encounter with them was nothing short of a nightmare. After depositing a significant amount in a savings certificate for 20 years, I discovered that no interest had accrued whatsoever. Shockingly, the bank and showed a complete lack of responsiveness when I sought clarification through multiple phone calls and emails. The incompetence and unprofessionalism displayed by their staff were deeply disappointing. Save yourself the trouble and avoid ADCB Sheikh Zayed Branch at all costs.

What an absolute place to waste your time where even a relationship manager is not entertaining the customer and giving false information to them while being on calls with other clients all the way. In the end they tell you it'll take two days to open your account but if you open a savings account they'll open it right away. This is Dubai and you couldn't believe that you can't open an account with salary slip and Emirates I'd. Not recommended at all.

Modern technologies have facilitated transactions, you do not need to wait anymore, as soon as you take the Q-Card, you will be recognized by the bank if you are one of its customers, good and fast services in some branches,
