We had purchased an Aeron from the US that got badly damaged over the years. We met Kyle and Adil at ABC who were very helpful in figuring out how our chair can be repaired. Kyle was exceptional in his service orientation, agility and fantastic demeanour.

Many thanks for the great work (before / after pics attached). Recommend ABC for your seating and office furniture needs.

I bought a number of Herman miller chairs from ABC back in 2011, it's fantastic product!! The other day a component in the seat broke, unsure I contacted Kyle at ABC. 10 years after purchasing and without hesitation he sent a chap to my office a few days later to replace the component, no delay and no charge. Polite and proactive, excellent after sales service.

I bought an Herman Miller chair from ABC. I was attended to on line by their marketing executive Michu with courtesy , care and patience. They made the purchase a very enjoyable experience and ensured delivery to my agent promptly and on time. The products on their online are very good and i would happily to anyone here in India or in the desert Kingdom !!!

Our spare parts for the Herrman Miller chairs arrived on time and Mr. Kyle diligently followed through to make sure that we received the correct parts. I don't know how they're still alive, everything is way more expensive that retail price, a Herman miller aeron is 1k AED more expensive than if you buy it from herman miller themselves, same with the headrest or any chair they have

Sales person was helpful, but the showroom does not seem to be set up for business; the sales transaction was amateurish. Worse yet, when I went to pick up the chair at 4 pm the following day, the lone remaining person at this large showroom was uninterested and unhelpful. Save yourself the aggravation and shop elsewhere.
