The worst customer service ever. You show up tu the branch for query, they take your ID and leave you in the waiting area. Then , instead of meeting you they call you on the phone. If you ask to meet they make you wait for another hour. Made me regret taking my Morgage with this bank. Very very unprofessional.

I used to live in the UAE and I have an open home finance with ADIB. I am currently living in a different country and visited ADIBs Emaar Business Park Home Finance Branch house in December, 2022 to inquire about making advance payments on my loan in 2023. I was advised that once I am ready to make the payment, the bank will send me a permit via email, and we can process the payment accordingly. However, when I contacted the same branch to proceed 3 months later, they informed me that this isn’t possible, and that I need to be present in the UAE to make this payment in person. This is completely unacceptable, as the staff have provided wrong information and compromised my loan status and upcoming payment plans. I am trying to escalate this to upper management for support or response. They are impractical and do not care whatsoever about the well-being of their customers!! Very disappointed in this service.

This is by far the worst bank in Dubai. When you as for a payout figure they give you one. Then you ask are you sure this is the right number. Yes. Sign papers and leave. Then call you the next day and say the accountant says the numbers are wrong. And there are other fees. Just deposit more money. I ask exactly how much and they say just put in xxxx. Well they don't even have an exact amount. You are. Bank. You have accountants. How can you still not know. Stay the worst banking and mortgage experience in Dubai and even in the whole world.

They mentioned in Google that this is a branch, and after spending long time to reach and park (as parking there is difficult and paid) I found that it is only real estate mortgage office foe Adib, even they don't provide any support for any services even urgent things, also, staff are not friendly, and even receptionist didn't know about other nearby branches! In short, it was very bad experience.
