WORST SERVICE. The men were working very slow. 2 of them went for their break when it was my cars turn. They are constantly laughing and working very slow. Absolutely pathetic. Never returning here for car wash. This man in the picture was laughing and making fun and had no professionalism. ADNOC please train your staff, this is shameful behavior.

Just had a battery fitted. That part was quick.and easy. Took 5 to 10 minutes. The electronic 'paperwork' related to it was however RIDICULOUS. The supervisor in the office had to use a tablet AND a terminal and clearly had to either type into or check a hundred data fields. He scrolled and clicked. Tapped and scrolled. Typed, typed some more, refreshed, clicked.... It went on and on and on. Other customers had questions and went away. The process continued until, finally, despite the big bold sign on the desk saying that its Dubai's initiative to have only electronic invoices so they need my email address... he printed the invoice. My wife said "we're never going there again". So we won't .

I have just visited this site for a basic wash on my Jeep Wrangler… upon arrival I noticed the pricing had been removed off display, it took 1hr 30 mins for just a basic wash… the member of staff sent the car out into direct sunlight soaking wet which will create severe water spotting on the car if left to dry…. I had to get out myself and dry it due to too many vehicles queing (which is not acceptable)

I was greeted by a member of staff that wasn’t polite as I’m drying my own vehicle and demanded to pay 50aed when price is usually around 35aed.

The queue was that big and that I had already been there 90 minutes I didn’t even wait around to have the interior done

When I asked why it took so long he notified me ‘only 4 person working’ which means 2 doing exterior washing and 2 doing interior and finishing.

Coming from the detailing industry this facility is majorly understaffed… losing 1.5hrs out of my day is not acceptable to have a basic wash carried out

I mostly fuel up here since it's close to my house.

Car wash is kinda hectic during weekends when i mostly come here to wash...

I have waited in queue for drying and vacuuming of the car for as long as 40-45mins after coming out of the auto wash area - very uncomfortable during this time of the year - our very hot summer. But you have no choice as there are other cars from the manual wash area on the same queue (at least the few weekends - Sundays - that i have been there to wash this year)

Constantly visit this carwash as it’s close to my home and it takes anywhere between an hour to 90mins to get the car washed.. there is always a holdup at the drying / vacuuming area.. car is dry before entering there. Waste of time.. never experienced this at other ADNOC carwash stations

One of the best gas station, new and high tech I like the screen next to the pump, they show how much we need to pay and how many ltr did you fill when you ask for full tank.

I went for a car wash, outside cleaning was perfect but inside was horrible, the guys their was just trying to finish without cleaning the car from inside as good as it should be! I love adnoc in general, but this was my worst experience with them for the first time…

Excellent customer service specially Romulo - this guy always meets you with a smile, makes the best coffee and leaves you feeling happy:)
Great staff to have!
