I Had an issue today and requested for supervisor to discuss it, he first ignored me, but after escalating once again he finally approached, but had zero customer service skills and was very transactional. Disappointed

This is a very good facility for Al Qouz, especially for Al Khail Gate residents. Located just at the back exit of AKG, bringing more convenience and saving everyone’s time to avoid queueing at the petrol stations located on the highway. This kind of facility improves lifestyle.

At al khail gate ADNOC OTG station is very nice and happy naar for all customers,All right but since morning 7 am to 11pm outside should be 2 staff fuel attendant so customer no need to wait long que. thank you

I always full tank from there but last night i request them to clear the front glass they totally ignored me and don't do it they said we are not doing its indian staff with alot of attitude
