I was a going to mango hyper market like a 2 years when this is al Madina hyper market after purchase whenever we are going to ask delivery they said it will take 1 hour but they are giving delivery after 3 hours I was asking to staff what's the reason they behave very rude with me as a many times this is my last purchase with this super market I never came back again.

Its a fruit market. But expensive, better to go fruits and vegetables market near to union coop. That market is very cheap, good product and ypu will get freah

This supermarket is not for family, fully crowded with men. They have one counter mentioned for families, ladies & kids but no use at all. I am their regular customer still not giving any consideration as a lady for billing, we need to stand in long queue with gents. The supervisor in this store is the worst, he didn't even know how to manage the customers and how to give priority to ladies in this crowded labor area.

Good hypermarket..but prices of few vegetables and fruits are a bit high.There are offers in most other essential items.Fresh chicken and fish available. Good support staff.

Waiting for home delivery 3 hours it’s insane. Ordered 3:49, delivered 6:42.
And it’s not first time, ALWAYS.
Long time stopped ordering, but wanted to try again. This time even worse then before. If you can’t manage your home delivery service, then you should hire more staff or stop delivering.

I experienced very bad service two days back. Why did you say you have home delivery if you cant give. I ordered at 11 am and i didn't get it upto 6 pm. Finally i cancelled it. In between i called many times. The girl who handling the calls and wtsp is very irresponsible . She is not conveying anything properly. Every time she was telling it will come in 30 mints but at 6pm also it was not out for delivery.
I expect better service from a supermarket like madina. When i tried to talk with a malayali she was not ready to handle the phone also. So bad experience. I wasted alot of time by waiting for this????????????

Very bad service still i didn resive my order allredy 3 hours better need good service also mobile number not working .very horrible manager he dont care that the main resin please .

More than 1 hour to clean fish. Almost 1 hour cashier line.
more than 5 useless managers who cannot think on adding more cashiers on weekends.

A superb surgery with great medical and non medical staff. Having now had to change surgeries having moved out of the area, I realise how lucky the people are who are registered with this practice. The treatment my late husband and mother received as well as my own has always been outstanding and when there are delays the receptionist will inform you. The problems arise because some patients need more attention and time than the alloted 10 minutes. But always remember it may be you who one day is the emergency. Thank you to everyone.

My son fell poorly on holiday. I popped into the surgery as they were just about to close just to see what I could do. The receptionist was absolutely fantastic she offered help advice and an appointment for my son to be seen first thing the next morning. All I can say is Thank you. I wish our doctors at home were half as good as this.

Lovely staff, very helpful and a wonderful service. Had to attend here while on holiday, offered appointment for 2 hours later the same day as ringing. Pharmacy attached and helpful also.

If you don’t meet the strict local criteria you will be informed by text message that you can’t be seen by a specialist , even if you have a serious problem that needs attention. I was informed I would stand a better chance by going private if I have the money. Woeful experience.

truly amazing place,saw our little girl on a sit and wait appointment in less than an hour she was seen by the most loveliest dr ,given antibiotics as a back up in case she got worse ,I cant thank them enough staff were friendly and pleasant an asset to perrenporth ,thankyou bellas parents x
