It's the first time I went there. It's a beautiful, spacious multirow petrol station. It has one of the best coffees. Had my coffee and hotdog ????. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
There is a new tunnel car wash, wow ???????? best experience
It's good to know that more and more Adnoc stations are opening up in Dubai. I always fill up only at Adnoc wherever in UAE I am.

I always go to this petrol pump which is near my house and it has reliable fuel dispensers, enabling quick and hassle-free refueling system.
It has very much convenience services to cater which anyone needs.
It's a good location, commitment to customer satisfaction and more over focusing on customer needs.
It is a preferred choice for motorists in the Al Quoz area and beyond. There is less que because of their quick and perfect services.

Very bad experience. in side shop sales philphino guy, he wering specs i don't know his name, but the guy not professional, i ask the guy to give me one winston silver (cigrate ), i give 200aed , he siad he don't have change, i said its ok i go out side petrol filling guy give 100,100change , go inside i ask give me cigrate,he siad i don't change, go buy another shop, i ask who is the superviser he said im the one, he give one number tell your complaint and tell him to close the shop, any way, any friends one go this shop check you have change go otherwise go take card they will not give the grocery items.

Very rush atmosphere always, staffs are really hardworking, we can really sees their pain in this climate. Management really should take care of putting more staff and also about their payment machines which is really slow. Appreciated the staff efforts and supervisor who really handles the pressure.

I also got scammed at the tire shop ! Charged double price for tire maintenance work. I’ve checked and verified the prices with other authorized dealer for tire maintenance. I really like ADNOC services. But this experience from the tire shop was really disappointing. I’m requesting ADNOC to look into this matter as you can see many customer reviews that is pointing against the bad experience from tire shop.

Good evening DUBAI the petrol become higher than higher every month now 31 May 2022 3.55 was last month now by tomorrow June 1 will be 4.3 Durham per liter

We are very disappointed the life is become day by day very difficult especially with the families I request to Dubai government please don’t increase day by day products Price we are living in Dubai in very difficult to live in Dubai please try to understand thank you

I also got scammed at the tyre shop. I went for wipers and they also told me I needed to change my tyres. I agreed because they clearly needed to be changed, but they charged me 800 dirhams for each (these tyres don't cost more than 500 dirhams) and for the wipers, they were charging me 500 dirhams! They don't have any shame. I wouldn't think this kind of things would happen here in the UAE. They don't have prices displayed and put any price depending on who comes for the service. It would be really appreciated it if ADNOC did something about it.

I got scammed at the tire shop! Stay away!
You don't expect this to happen in Dubai/UAE and at ADNOC!
On Sunday, February 19th, 2023 - around 9:00 am, I visited the station to get my car a manual wash; this got completed with no hassle. I then went to the tire shop to adjust the pressure - as the machine was faulty. In the shop, I told the guys what I wanted, but they decided to "alert" me that I had two expired tires and should change them, I wondered how, and their answer was: It's because of the five years expiry rule. I didn't mind exploring the options while the other guy checked and adjusted the pressure, and I was astonished by the level of pushiness the guy exercised, trying to sell me any pair of tires, even used ones! When I became firm that I would visit them later if I decided to change, the tone turned uglier, and they charged me AED 30 for "tire service" claiming they put Nitrogen, .. etc. I questioned why they did that - as I didn't request that in addition to the fact that we were discussing a replacement! By the way, the tires had six months of life left and were in perfect condition!

I am a loyal ADNOC customer, but being treated and scammed like this is unexpected in the beloved UAE, Dubai, and ADNOC.
I hope responsible people at ADNOC take the right actions about this, as this would no doubt hurt their good brand.
