Very good experience with Mr. Jahid, I made a mistake while ordering and he handled my request in a very professional manner. He made sure for a great customer experience. Good job by KFC for hiring good employees.

A very, very failed branch, and it is impossible to order from it again, in every order I face problems, I do not get the order as I ask for it! And when I go to the branch, I do not get any compensation from them or even “sorry” , they do not know how to treat the customer at all , and they do not have a nice style at all.
I hope review this branch because I love KFC.

There is staff Mr Salah he don’t know how to respect of customers because his behave like his own KFC I purchased more then 55 dhs and I request him for big beg he never give me and misbehaved

One mr zayed who takes your order here in this kfc beware, this guy has no one percent of work ethics, he will give you wrong order this is 100 percent sure, you mite rather put your fingers and check in the food yourself bcos if you decide to buy food from here its your destiny, good luck

Food good as KFC is but attention and customer service is lacking. Out of 2 small orders both had a mistake.

Worst branch i have ever ordered from- they are not using gloves and the play loud music inside and the employees are rude to customers
