We ordered boxes of Brownies and then we're surprised that it's spoiled, we contacted the sales executive Ms.Parvin Shaikh about this issue and the answer that we got is (There is something wrong with your freezer and we can't do anything about it)

That's not a professional way to deal with the customers, and you're going to lose them.

Personally, my business will not deal with your company anymore.

Am using probake products from more than a year, before it was good but now I really don't want to give single star, I make order last week but still now I didn't receive, if I ask the sales man he tell, only one word sorry, ???? what should I do with that sorry I need my delivery, really very bad service.

The way this company treats their suppliers/ service providers are very unprofessional. They will get quotations from you but will never give you the feedback/ rarely business. When calling for feedback, they tend to speak very rudely and cut me off always saying am busy today i can't get back. Be careful with the payment terms as well .

receptionist are not directing any calls .. they don't even speak in a good manner with the clients before finishing the conversation they hang up the calls.... this is awkward really
