I recently visited Al Madina Hypermarket with the intention of purchasing fish. It was approximately 10:35 PM when I arrived at the fish counter, only to be informed by the staff that the counter was closed for fish. However, to my surprise, I could clearly see that there were still plenty of fish available.

I politely approached one of the staff members and asked if they could cut the fish for me. Much to my disappointment, they flatly refused, citing that I should have arrived before 10:30 PM. It is important to note that the market is open until 12 PM, so their response left me confused and frustrated.

Regrettably, this was not the first time I encountered such an issue at Al Madina Hypermarket. On three separate occasions, I have faced the same problem with the fish counter. Furthermore, the person responsible for cutting the fish displayed a consistently rude attitude towards me. It seemed as though he assumed I was asking for free fish, which was not the case at all.

This kind of customer service and treatment is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and receive assistance when needed. Unfortunately, Al Madina Hypermarket failed to deliver on both counts during my visits.

I hope that Al Madina Hypermarket management takes note of these recurring issues and addresses them promptly. It is crucial for any establishment to ensure that their staff is well-trained, courteous, and attentive to customer needs. As a consumer, I value my shopping experience, and I believe it is essential for businesses to prioritize customer satisfaction.

I sincerely hope that Al Madina Hypermarket improves its fish counter service and trains its staff to provide better customer support in the future.

The meat, especially pakistani beef and Indian Mutton is really good... Veg section is not preferable, bought 4 boxes of grated coconut, all were ruined... Management please take care of this...
