Really different experience when you don't have a lot of cars around. But all in all great service from day 1 of enquiry to the finish.

I don't recommend at all. They will tell you it's 1h 30min trip, while it will take at least 2h 30min of 80km/h drive. Almost nothing is included in price and for coffee, water and all you have to pay overprice before 6PM. Hygiene in general is very bad so even if you decide to waste few hours of your life which you will regret at least make sure to have own tissues, food and water. Regarding promised bbq there I suggest you have own food brought as they will decide how much food is enough for you. Also, they will leave back 30-45min before agreed time and arrive 1h 20min later ..so you make decision wether 5h trip is worthed of 3h disappointment.

The dune bashing was great (but we paid extra 50dhs because we wanted it private). You'll have to share it with strangers to fill the 6 pax per ride rule. The shows were okay but the hosting style was quite weird, like a drunk guy was talking to his buddy ????. The sand board was definitely not maintained, it won't even glide in the sand. The ATV experience was awesome, the one assigned there was friendly and attentive. I hope the management understands that staff forcing customers to take pictures despite them clearly refusing and asking them to pay 25dhs is really annoying (even forcing us take pics with the falcon despite multiple refusal). They placed shemagh in our heads without asking for permission and asked us to pay 25dhs each ????????u200d♀️. Our driver from Auh was cursing other drivers left and right from beginning to end of our travel. Lastly, the food, it was as expected for the price. I would appreciate it though if the bread had some tongs because people were basically touching it and putting it back. Overall, it was acceptable but I'm sure there are other places better.

We started our journey with bus driver (Haneef). A descent person. He contacted us and gave all the required detail to catch the bus. Overall good service.

Very disappointed trip and we return back from desert tour in the middle as per our option 2 package is vip included but the staff there they said its option 1 which one’s cost (AED49) but our package is option 2 (AED115) and behavior of the guys and manager very rudely and they said if you dont want just leave after our group of total 8 ppls decided to leave because alba paid much amount but the package they are giving us cheaper and when we ask for vip firstly they said you need to pay AED50 extra to avail vip lounge after we talk to the desert company concern person he said if the package on the voucher is mentioned vip then included just go and sit after we went in vip they said you need to sit at the end not in the front after we inform the manager we came first like around 3:35pm that time in vip no one’s is sitted after we inform the managment we have vip firstly they refused and said call to the desert concern person we called him and he talk to the staff who’s reserving the seats after he said just sit at the end infront is reserved can’t give you in the front ....!!!!!!

It's rare that I write a review, but this was such a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. It's a carnival hustle where they drive you out for 3 hours to the border of OMAN with no way to leave. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Overall trip was an awesome experience from hotel pickup, Hussain took very good care for us while driving and answering all our questions regarding the trip. we had an infant with us and were not sure if we will be able to enjoy as much. But we were wrong and camp took good care of us .
Dune bashing was very good and Hussain made it more adventurous, also took pictures for us.
In the end cultural show was entertaining to finish up the evening , overall awesome experience!!

Great adventure early in the morning safari. Really different experience when you don't have a lot of cars around. But all in all great service from day 1 of enquiry to the finish.
Also child friendly as well so don't get put off by online comments (we nearly did) as driver (Hussain - great person) made sure that we don't get too much dune bashing at back due to child but took us at the best locations for pics. No belle dancing and food as I wasn't really interested in that but if you are short of time then morning safari is best choice to get that valuable experience.

Why oh why,have a town bordering on city status has reverted to the bus stops we where using in the 70s.
