Lost me as a customer with multiple things:
First double check the cart function on their website.
Multiple item were still in the cart after I removed them, but not visible when taking the order.
When highlighted to them directly afterwards you got ignored.
Then even some items which they show on the website are not even in stock, even though they display it. Now I could cancel my trip, because the equipment is not available in such a short notice before here in UAE. Customer Support Emmanuel and Vazahat are not helpful at all, they don't understand the problem and just think in their guidelines. Or maybe they don't want to understand. Were promising of following up, but never did.

So in the end because of this store, I could cancel my hiking trip.
Have an additional pair of hiking stocks which I added to cart just once. A bag which I removed before I ordered, a pair of socks from my previous order, and pants and socks which they didn't have in stock apparently they figured that out only after my order. Stay away and better order from somewhere else.
In addition delivery was not in 2-3 days but total roughly around 7-12 days for all items

Never again..... I had a bad experience and it happens twice... I ordered online and they stated delivery will be 2-3 days.... but in reality it will not 2-3 days... Order placed 24-Apr, this is what they told me when i followed up after 2 days placing an order... no update from the website so you have to WhatsApp them and they said """The products you ordered are in our warehouse and will arrive in 2 to 3 business days. We will dispatch the item to the address provided as soon as we get it. Sorry for the delay.""" update received dated 26-Apr after sending tons of follow ups... and finally I received the items on 1-May...

On my visit this evening to ADVENTURE HQ branch at JBR, Fadzi was so lovely, patient responsive & extremely accomodating. She is such a great help & explained to me thr products & alternative ways to use them. I bought so many items, thanks to her. Satisfied with my shopping experience!

Hi! i just wanna share our experience here in JBR Adventure HQ ???? We had a great time dealing with the staffs they are very committed and friendly. The ambiance is awesome! I definitely like that you also have modern style of the shop.

The store has a wide collection of products especially for water sports and activities. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help. The products are a bit pricey but the quality of them seems good. Overall great experience.

Mohamed , (product specialist). Yesterday I visit to store. I was searching some googles . AreMohamed explain me about the product. He's really genius guy . And upto billing section he came there and make all the things. After service also he's explaining me in good manner.
