Worst service....
I booked a voucher from Cobane(also another bad website with no customer support) for museums of future.
There were no dates available as per my travel date with them so if they can not provide me tickets. They should refund the amount.. but they do not provide any refund even for a confirm booking.. (they are just online thiefs)
The people with this Adventure point tourism are horrible people to deal.
The contact person keeps hanging up the phone and there is no response to the WhatsApp messages.
Asked to me change the activities and then charged us almost double the amount for that activities.

There is no refund policy with them if they cannot provide that activity.

Worst people. Worst experience for a city which has been known for a good hospitality.....

Terrible service , company texted us half hour before we where due to be picked up to confirm our hotel left waiting over 2hrs no show , rang the company multiplie times to give us no straight answer , the bus had obviously already left , said they are sending out another driver , asked if we could go the following day , we had already made plans the next day , no straight answers if they gave us a straight answer we could of planned something else .

I contacted Adventure point to grant a tourist visa for 30days. I like that they offer speedy service, they are also professional with their customers and things moved proceed very smoothly. Special thanks to the team who are also very responsive in case of complaints and they are solving glitches easily and swiftly. I would like to thank Adventure point and their manager for being caring while providing their services. Sure I highly recommend it for any service.

Excellent! Very good service from beginning to end.
Rizwan was extremely helpful ! Any questions we had were answered very quickly via email or phone call.
Everything was very simple, professional and we were given all the information we required.

Booked the Dubai Aquarium & Penguin Cove from Adventure point. No hassles at all !!! Received an instant confirmation on the booking. Had an excellent experience and tour of the Aquarium & Penguin Cove. Will definitely look forward to book more tours from Adventure point, and recommend others too to book from Adventure point.

It was an amazing experience right from the initial booking till the kids actual experience at SKI Dubai, a must visit place for all. Icing on the cake with adventure point offer was even better ????????

I booked a tour through Cobone and the description seemed to be a real tour from 8.30 am to approx 3pm.
The tour was postponed one day.
Pick up between 9.30 and 10. Driver/guide showed up with a delay, the car was not clean.
The tour was mainly driving through Dubai, stopping at the main sightseeing points for taking pictures. The driver gave some general information.
