If there were less stars I would give... They took my pull out oven hood in April, today they brought back the wrong size hahahaha... What a great business 2 months almost 3 to fix a button. If you don't call they will not call.

Avoid this brand and their horrible service.

The worst customer service team ever. For 2 days, I had rescheduled and cancelled all my appointments waiting for them to fix my oven. After the countless of calls back and forth with each other with them delaying the service, the result ended up with them not showing up. After that happened, i called their main offices to ask for the person in charge to complain about this appalling service. This shouldn’t t be acceptable by a company that is as big as Teka to have this absurdly bad reputation. I really dont want a response from you, i want action to take place to better this situation.

Excellent service from Mrs.Sara.
She was very helpful, friendly and had great knowledge about the products. If you are looking for high quality kitchens appliances visit the Teka showroom in Al Garhoud. Parking directly in front of the store.

Non existent customer service. You have to
Keep following up for everything. The biggest joke is that if you need to check for any spares there is a team which will only respond on whatsapp. This is possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life

Don’t buy just don’t make this mistake. You will be stuck with the worst costumer service ever. If you want to fix small problem in one of you items, it may takes 3 weeks to a month that’s normal here ????.
+ no one will update you on anything, if you didn’t call or ask it can be extended more ????

Just don’t make a mistake think before you shop here.

Had a great stay lovely views from site facilities were clean and tidy .
Fab Enclosed field to walk dogs on site , short drive to Ynys Llanddwyn and Newborough forest beach just stunning a must visit .

Only stayed one night on a last minute booking in a camper, staff very friendly and helpful.
Very clean and tidy, amenities more than ample and pitches nice and flat.
Good location, great base to explore from.
Most definitely use again ????

Been a few times now. The facilities are good. Hot showers and very clean toilets. Water and waste good. Nice open field for parking motor homes with no electric. Park where you like. Have 2 dogs good for them. Keep on leads because it's a working farm. Owners very nice and friendly. At £22 a night with nice quiet surroundings it's lovely. We ll definitely be back soon. Thank you. Can't rate the site highly enough. This is my 19th year staying on the farm. Suitable for all age groups, this is a working farm don't expect a club&flashing lights.
Well looked after site with excellent showering /washing facilities.

Great campsite with lovely clean facilities. Have visited it twice now with our horses and we have had use of a lovely secure field beyond the main campsite. Easy drive to beaches especially Newborough where there is a specific horse box parking area. (Permit required). Would definitely recommend if your dream is to gallop on the beach and swim with your pony.

We enjoyed a complete break from the norm. Lovely owners and nice clean site. Very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed our weeks holiday and the occasional visit from the free range chickens whose eggs by the way were very tasty. A real working farm with good facilities. Made a nice change from the clubhouse type sites which I feel are becoming more expensive and noiser to stay on.

A wonderful campsite and touring location for Holyhead and Anglesey. Services are excellent, very clean and friendly. The campsite gives you plenty of space for camping or tourer caravans etc. We stopped for one night during our charity coastal walk challenge. A perfect location for both Anglesey and Holyhead touring and visiting exploring. Will return in future. Thank-you. 10/10

Tough one to score this, location is great being so close to Newborough Forest and beach and the site is really reasonably priced. The kids loved the park on site and there is a pub a short walk away. That said, to score the site on a par with others, it can't get over 3 stars until the toilet and showers situation is improved. That costs money to be fair and if they did invest they'd have to charge more. One of them. A nice site for a short stay.
