Excellent customer service, the staff here are absolutely brilliant with the children, they are incredibly patient and really supportive. My son was so scared of the climbing wall but with the support from the team he made it to the top. A fantastic day out. Thank you

Highly recommend Adventure HQ. My sons, aged 5 and 9 had a great time. The staff are really helpful and friendly - Especially Jodie who was very encouraging and supportive on the high obstacle course. There are a few different options- trampolines, obstacle courses as well as wall climbing. A lovely morning out to beat the heat.

For the real (little) adventurers this place has it all! A ninja trail, wall climbing, height course and slow down on the trampoline.
We will definitely come back and check out their other branches.

Staff were all accommodating and helpful especially Jodie and Jeff who were both very patient teaching my son to do the challenges and at the same time enjoy it. My son normally is not fond of these type of adventures but im sure Jodie and Jeff will be there to encourage and make him try and try til he learn and love doing it. thanks guys for your efforts appreciate it! we will definitely come back.

My 4 years kid experience is outstanding.
He loved it much, Aysha helped him much in climbing and she assured his safety.
Overall experience is amazing.

Finally, we tried the branch in Galeria Mall Al Barsha. And it didn’t disappoint…at all ;)
The contrary, the equipping of the place is really good. But what we like even more is the team. They just care for the kids and make it fun while keeping them safe.

Loved the place and the staff. My kids enjoys it everytime I come, so i thought of trying it myself this time. Was really fun! And very friendly and encouraging staff ???????? Thanks to Ms. Aisha and others.
