the worker there very bad from beginning of talk she is nervous and when i ask i didn’t get her answer she scream on me i never had un polite worker she let me get angry and shout back to her i ask her don’t shout she continues even when i shout and when i tell her i tell the owner she recognized and keep continuing on cashir and not say sorry

Rude employees, were rudely surprised I'm British and wanted an Arabic birthday card for my father. I feel deeply offended. 3 stars for the reasonable price and nice selection of cards.

Very bad experience, i like a specific frame to use for couple of gifts that i want to bring .. i asked very simple question about the dimensions sp that i can bring chocolate box to fit it in but the employee there was very reluctant and refused to help me justifying that it's company policy that we don't give dimensions plus we don't have a ruler to measure !!! Which i doubt
She want me to being the chocolate box first and then she will see .. i told her that i like this specific wrapping frame .. what is i buy the chocolate voxes and it doesn't fit ?!!!
Very simple request and she insisted not to help or even check any workaround so that i bring the right chocolate box size

I perceived it very rude honestly and will definitely not buy from here. Not the end of the world and I'm sure I'll find better place to support and treat customers better than that

Last moment you have to wrap your gifts this is the best place. Highly recommended. The price starts with AED 43.
